As part of our development management service, we assembled a consultancy team to support this client with ideation, site design, process management (including change of use) and all required planning applications as part of a highly complex transformation project. In partnership with Creative Developments, this client was able to thoroughly scope the transformation of an existing department store into a multi-use leisure venue anchored by a high end boutique cinema.
Saddlers Court, Solihull

The Creative Developments team worked with this client to scope the development potential for their new purchase on Saddlers Court in Solihull. Drawing on our existing relationships within the sector we were able to assemble a bespoke team with all required skills & experience to develop the brief and mobilise all aspects of the project. Saddlers Court continues to be an ongoing development which we’ll continue to support to completion.

Creative Developments have been employed to represent the client to appoint, monitor and direct a consultancy team, that will ensure the smooth delivery of the consented scheme on High Street, Stourbridge. This property will be converted into nine luxury, private residential apartments.
Strip Out and White Boxing
Our Soft-Strip service systematically removes all non-structural furnishings including, but not limited to, partitions, walls, ceilings and fittings. This puts a unit back into a shell condition, facilitating any building refurbishments that are scheduled to take place. Vacant retail units are often left looking tired and cluttered by previous tenants, usually in an unlettable state.
