MANAGING DIRECTOR
Andy has worked in residential development for the last 7 years, covering all aspects of the process, from site sourcing, procurement, design, planning, and construction.
He has been involved in securing over 1,000 units across the West Midlands with a total gross development value of over £250 million, the most notable project being Birmingham’s first 5-storey roof extension at 55 Holloway Head.
He prides himself on finding the best deals and mitigating development risk through careful team selection on each project. His attentive cost management coupled with detailed value engineering drives investment performance for all his clients. -
Andy Fisher
PROJECT MANAGER
Andrew is an accomplished Project Director within his Project & Construction Management profession.
He has a wealth of experience with Renewable Energy Solutions, Design & Build, Maintenance, Civil’s, M&E and Infrastructure projects.
He has led many high-performing construction teams and been highly successful in the delivery of multiple multi-million-pound contracts.

Bethany Brightman
OFFICE MANAGER
Bethany joined the team in 2021 and quickly established herself as fundamental to the growth of the business.
She provides over-arching support to all fee earners, manages incoming property enquires, ensures compliant keyholding and coordinates inspections.
Beth also provides accounting support; handling accounts receivable and debtors. In short – an invaluable asset to Creative Retail.

Gavin Maund
PROJECT MANAGER PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Gavin is a highly skilled Consultant, who has been working within the construction industry on Projects and all Health and Safety Aspects and Management.
Gavin is a highly skilled professional and experienced in all areas of Project Management and Health & Safety compliance with excellent communication and influential skills with a high knowledge of JCT and NEC Construction Contracts.
With the ability to deliver multi-disciplined construction programmes from project design/procurement through to handover in various challenging environments.

Clive Tanner
QUALITY MANAGER
Clive is a Quality Manager with substantial experience in the construction and management of Traditional, Refurbishment, Design and Build, Maintenance, Civils’, M&E, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Solutions.
Clive also has an extensive design background and a keen eye for detail when it comes to the finishing elements of a project. Highly adept at developing and maintaining lasting relationships at all levels.

Sophie has over 10 years extensive experience working in the main contracting, utilities, and renewable energy sector.
An accomplished Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction and management of Traditional, Renewable Energy Solutions, Design and Build, Maintenance, Civils, M&E, MOD and Infrastructure projects.
Sophie is highly adept at building, leading, and training high-performing construction teams with repeated success in delivering multiple multi-million-pound contacts, within all aspects of construction to deliver the project to programme and maximise project outcomes.
