One accountable team, operating under one roof. Development management, cost, compliance, and delivery aligned from day one, reducing handovers, accelerating decisions, and keeping projects moving from vacant to lettable.
Andy has worked in residential development for the last 10 years, covering all aspects of the process, from site sourcing, procurement, design and planning, to construction. He’s been involved in securing over 1,000 units across the West Midlands with a total gross development value of over £250 million.
ANDY ROBINSON
Managing Director
Alan is the Construction Director at Creative Developments, bringing over 25 years’ experience across retail, industrial, residential, education, leisure and infrastructure projects. An MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, he has held senior commercial leadership roles for developers, contractors and consultancies, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both client-side objectives and delivery-side pressures. At Creative Developments, Alan’s commercial and technical background shapes how projects are planned, controlled and delivered on site. He works closely with consultants and delivery teams to strengthen buildability, commercial discipline and risk management, ensuring projects are well coordinated and aligned to client objectives from inception through to completion.

Andy has a wealth of experience with Renewable Energy Solutions, Design & Build, Maintenance, Civils, M&E and Infrastructure projects. He’s led many high-performing construction teams and been highly successful in the delivery of multiple multi-million-pound contracts.

Sophie has over 10 years extensive experience working in the main contracting, utilities, and renewable energy sector. An accomplished Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction and management of Traditional, Renewable Energy Solutions, Design and Build, Maintenance, Civils, M&E, MOD and Infrastructure projects.

Creative Developments delivered a complete white-boxing refurbishment to prepare 132a High Street for re-letting. Works included internal strip-out and reinstatement, upgraded building fabric, new welfare provision, electrical and life-safety installations, and full redecoration throughout. External areas were refurbished to improve presentation and functionality. The unit was handed over as a clean, compliant shell ready for marketing and occupation.
